Who Is Chase Sui Wonders? – Chase Sui Wonders is a famous American film and television actress, director, writer, and model. She started her professional journey as a director and screenwriter but later on, stepped into acting. Over the course of her career, she has acted in a couple of films and TV series and directed some short films as well. Early Life & Education – Chase was born on May 21, 1996, in Detroit, Michigan, to a Chinese father and a European mother. Her parents are American in nationality. Not much information about her parents and siblings is available in the public domain. During her school days, she developed an interest in acting after participating in plays and events. She then decided to pursue a full-time career in the performance & arts. Hence, she attended the prestigious Harvard University and graduated in film studies and production.

Career – She commenced her acting career in 2009 after playing the leading role of Chase Carter in the action-adventure A Trivial Exclusion. She also severed as a co-director and lead screenwriter for the film. In 2015, she appeared as the protagonist, co-director, and screenwriter in the drama Last Migration. After three years, she played Chase in a short film titled Salami on White.

In the 2019 American psychological horror film, Chase Sui Wonders played the supporting role of Makayla alongside Miles Robbins, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sasha Lane, and Hannah Marks. Directed by Adam Egypt Mortimer, the film was based on the novel titled In This Way I Was Saved published by DeLeeuw. That same year, she had a stint in the short film Warpaint for the Teenage Soul.

In 2020, She made her television appearance in the American teen comedy series Betty. Created by Crystal Moselle, she played the role of Niki in two episodes of the series. The series has two seasons available on HBO and eventually got cancelled after then. It received positive reviews from both critics and audiences and was also nominated for a Gotham Award for Shortform Breakthrough Series.

She then guest-starred in the comedy-drama On the Rocks which received positive critical receptions. In 2021, she got her career’s major breakthrough role after playing the lead role of Riley in the 16 episodes of the dramedy Generation. Jointly created by Zelda Barnz & Daniel Barnz, the series was cancelled after one season.

In the meantime, she appeared in the short film Beau, and as the protagonist, director, and screenwriter in Wake. Chase recently appeared as Emma in the A24 slasher film Bodies Bodies Bodies.
