Stranger Things Season 4: Everything We Know So Far
Stranger Things is one of the most popular Netflix shows which has received many awards and nominations. Even the audience and critics appreciated the show as well. For a long time, its forthcoming season was on the waiting list but, now the wait is finally over as Netflix has just made an official announcement about the new season’s release date.

Stranger Things Season 4 Release Date
During Tudum event, Netflix had confirmed the arrival of Stranger Things’ new season this year but the release date was not announced then.
Netflix took to Twitter and unveiled the streaming date. On February 17, Netflix published a brand new poster of Stranger Things Season 4 and captioned “Every ending has a beginning. Vol. 1 is coming May 27. Vol. 2 is coming July 1”. This would be indeed great news for those who are impatiently waiting for the release date.
With the good news, there is bad news too which is the show will end with Stranger Things season 5. The Duffer brothers shared a letter on the show’s official Twitter handle which reads “Seven years ago, we planned out the complete story arc for ‘Stranger Things’. At the time, we predicted the story would last four to five seasons. It proved too large to tell in four, but — as you’ll soon see for yourselves — we are now hurtling toward our finale. Season four will be the penultimate season; season five will be the last”.

Stranger Things Season 4 Plot
Many questions are not answered yet. Season 4 seems to be quite interesting as the pending questions will be answered in this season. The most searched question is What Happened to Hopper? Is he alive or dead? Well, Netflix unveiled a teaser on February 14, 20200, showing that Hooper is still alive.
Netflix shared the official synopsis for Stranger Things Season 4:
“It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.“
Stranger Things Season 4 Trailer
The first teaser was released on May 6, 2021, showing Eleven in the same facility where she was escaped in season 1, and also there’s a room full of children with shaved heads. They all were playing with toys and dressed up in hospital gowns. We then see a man coming into the room and say “Good Morning, Children” to which children reply Good Morning Papa.
On August 6, 2021, Netflix released a sneak peek teaser, this one was a mix of the new and previous seasons of Stranger Things.
After this, Netflix dropped the third teaser on September 25, 2021, which shows a perfectly happy couple in the 1950s era with their two young children in the Creel House, and then we see Stranger Things era where Steve, Dustin, Lucas, and Max are in the same house.
Netflix finally dropped the last trailer featuring Eleven where she was seen living a normal life, going to school, and doing ordinary activities.
Two months to go then finally Stranger Things Season 4 will be available for streaming in two parts. Vol. 1 is arriving on May 27 whereas Vol 2. will arrive on July 1.
