Early Life – Marrero was born on March 1, 1989, in Miami, Florida, to Cuban American parents. The actress was raised in Hialeah. She initially wanted to be a dancer and even did ballet for 16 years but Marrero later developed a passion for acting and began taking acting classes.
Career – In 2015, She began her professional acting career by debuting in a TV movie titled Instant Gratification where she played one of the lead roles as Alicia and shared the screen alongside Jeff Wahlberg, Joseph Julian Soria, and Antoni Corone. She next acted in two TV series Ballers and Graceland in the same year where she had minor appearances.
