Who is Luna Blaise? – Luna Blaise is a young American film and television actress who rose to stardom by playing the role of Olive Stone in Jeff Rake’s Manifest. The television series follows a Montego Air Flight 828 that flies to New York in 2013 and experiences a brief period of severe turbulence. Early Life & Education – Blaise was born on October 1, 2001, in Los Angeles, California, to actress Angelyna Martinez and director Paul Boyd. She found her love for acting at an early age due to which she was homeschooled at the age of 13. It was her mother’s decision because she wanted her to focus on acting and singing.

Career – Her parents and friends noticed that Luna had a real love for acting since early childhood. Due to which, her parents encouraged her to pursue a career in the world of entertainment. She was just five years old when she started appearing in commercials. As a child, she starred in several national commercials including McDonald’s, KFC, Dunkin Hines, Target, Gap, and Juicy Couture.

At 7, Luna Blaise commenced her acting career after appearing in the 2008 short film titled Konflooent. She played Victoria Santos in the short drama film which was directed by Raj Pathak. A year later, she was seen playing the role of Danyi’s sister named Chloe in her father’s directorial venture Vicious Circle. In 2013, she marked her television debut as well by playing Loonz in the comedy series The Breakdown.

She next appeared as Young Nina in the 2015 American film Memoria which was produced by James Franco who also starred in the film in the lead role. In 2015, she landed a recurring role as Nicole on ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat, which was created by Nahnatchka Khan and based on the life of a chef and food personality named Eddie Huang. It was her first role that was noticed by the critics and audience. She even won an award for Best Recurring Young Actress at the 2016 Young Artist Awards.

Her other film roles include Surviving Theater 9 and Concrete Kids. In 2018, she was cast as Olive Stone in the American drama mystery series Manifest alongside Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J. R. Ramirez, and Jack Messina.
