Early Life & Education – Hahn was born on July 23, 1973, in Westchester, Illinois, to Karen (née Bunker) and Bill Hahn. She studied at St. Ann’s Catholic school and subsequently attended Beaumont School in Cleveland Heights. Hahn then enrolled at the prestigious Northwestern University, where she graduated with BA. Thereafter, she attended Yale University and obtained MFA in drama.

Career – Her acting career commenced in 1999 Children’s TV program Hickory Hideout. In the same year, she also marked her film debut in the comedy-drama Flushed. She had a small appearance in the film alongside Zach Galifianakis, Miriam Shor, Jason Sklar, and Randy Sklar.

She then had one of the main lead roles in the crime-drama TV show Crossing Jordan, where she played the role of Lily Lebowski. Her performance was quite impressive in the show which earned her recognition and accolades. She was then chosen to play a supporting role, Michelle Rueben, in the comedy film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days alongside Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey.
