She was born on 5 April 1989 in Esher, Surrey to Ninette Mantle, an actress, and James “Jamie” Thomson”, a musician. She has two brothers named Charlie Thomson and Sam Thomson. She went to Arts Educational School for her academic education and later attended Guildhall School of Music and Drama where she studied acting.
