One Punch Man Season 3 Confirmed | Expected Release Date

The official announcement for the third season of One Punch Man has been made on August 18, 2022. Indeed, The fans of this popular manga would be on cloud nine since the confirmation for its forthcoming has been made. At moment, the creator has revealed with the official website of One Punch Man that they are just gonna start the production for the long-awaited season of the animation. OPM fans still have to wait for the teaser or trailer for the time being.

“This time, we will start the production of the long-awaited sequel of the animation “One-Punch Man” 3rd season. At the same time, a new teaser visual drawn by Osamu Kubota, who was in charge of character design for the first and second seasons, has also been released.” – Official announcement stated.

The first season of OPM was announced in March 2015, and the first episode premiered after a couple of months, on October 4, 2015. The announcement for the second season was made in 2016, and the first episode aired a few years later, in April 2019 due to some reasons.

One Punch Man Season 3 is just announced so fans have to wait for almost 9 to 12 months. The third season of OPM is likely to premiere sometime in the last quarter of 2023 if everything goes as per plan and no situation arises like the second season.

One Punch Man is an anime based on the successful manga of the same name which follows Saitama, the most powerful superhero who can defeat any opponent with a single punch. The first season of OPM anime adaption was released by Madhouse in 2015 while J.C. Staff came on board to produce the second season. Who will be producing the third season is not disclosed yet.
