Who is Lucy Fry? – Lucy Elizabeth Fry, better known as Lucy Fry, is one of the most gorgeous and accomplished Australian actresses who recently starred as Zoe in vampire-thriller Night Teeth alongside Jorde Lendeborg Jr. and Debby Ryan. Lucy has been devotedly working in the industry for a little over a decade and has made many appearances since then. Before making her debut in films and television, she performed in several theatre shows between 2007 to 2010, including A Water Story, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Invisible Journeys, and several others.

Early Life & Education – Lucy was born on 13 March 1992 in Wooloowin, Queensland to Australian parents. Nothing much is known about her family. She studied at Brisbane Girls Grammar School located in Brisbane and subsequently enrolled at a theatre company “Zen Zen Zo” for an acting program. Later, she also completed a course in American literature.

Career – She began acting by appearing in theatre shows late in the 2000s. In 2007, she participated in a reality show “Girlfriend Magazine’s Model Search” where she came second which helped her to commence her professional acting career.

In 2009, she first starred in a short film titled Instead of Breakfast. A year later, she finally made her first television appearance in an episode of the fantasy drama show “H2O: Just Add Water” titled “Graduation”. In 2012, she was chosen to play one of the lead roles as Zoey in the Australian teen drama show Lightning Point alongside Philippa Coulthard, Jessica Green, Kenji Fitzgerald, Paige Houden and Andrew James Morley.

In 2013, She went on to make an episode appearance as Josie in the drama TV series Reef Doctors. That same year, she got her breakthrough role in an Australian television teenage drama “Mako: Island of Secrets” which marked her third collaboration with Jonathan. She gained widespread prominence for her performance in the show. In 2014, she made her film debut as well, by playing the role of Lissa Dragomir in Mark Waters’s Vampire Academy.

In 2015, she was seen playing pivotal roles as Honey Halloway and Alex Hayes in Now Add Honey and The Preppie Connection respectively. She then bagged two supporting roles in Mr. Church and The Darkness in 2016. Following these two appearances, she played the main role of Marina Oswald in an American science fiction thriller 11.22.63 opposite James Franco, Chris Copper, and Sarah Gadon. That same year, she got her career’s biggest role in the horror web series titled Wolf Creek in which she played the role of Eve Thorogood which earned her a nomination for the Fangoria Chainsaw Award for Best TV Actress (2017).
