Early Life & Education – Leigh was born on February 5, 1962, in Los Angeles, California, to an acclaimed actor, Vic Morrow and screenwriter, Barbara Turner. The actress went to Palisades Charter High School in Los Angeles and later attended Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute after being passionate about acting. Moreover, Jennifer took acting and dancing classes at Stagedoor Manor summer camp in order to become a skilled performer.
Career – Her acting career kicked off when she was chosen to play a nonspeaking role in the film Death of a Stranger at the age of nine. Afterwards, she took several acting workshops at Lee Strasberg which helped her to get some small appearances in the following TV shows Baretta, Family, Disneyland, Angel City, CBS Schoolbreak Special, and The Waltons.
Jennifer made her big-screen debut in the 1981 slasher film Eyes of a Stranger where the actress played the role of a blind, deaf, and mute rape victim, Tracy Harris.
