The 24-year-old Australian actress, Geraldine Viswanathan began her acting career in 2015 with a television series titled Lost Angels, essayed the role of Sarah. Viswanathan was born on 20 June 1995 in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. She is the daughter of Suresh Viswanathan and Anja Raith. She went to Hunter School for the Performing Arts in Newcastle.

She first noticed by audiences when she participated as a female-led sketch and stand-up comedy troupe, Freudian Nip. She made her feature film debut as Jamali in the musical drama Emo the Musical.

Her breakthrough role came when she starred as Kayla Mannes in Kay Cannon’s sex comedy film Blockers. Her performance was noticed and applauded by audiences and critics. The same year, she was followed by Becky Abelar in the black comedy The Package.

After accumulating success over the big screen, she moved towards television work as well and starred as Eliza and Alexandra “Allie” Shitshoveler in season 1 and season 2 respectively of the popular series Miracle Workers.

She is currently busy working in an animated film Rumble and comedy-drama The Broken Heart Gallery. These two films will be released next year, in 2021.
