She was born on 24 May 1998 in Islington, London, England. She is the daughter of Wendy and Phillip Edgar-Jones, who serves as Director at Sky Arts and Head of Entertainment at Sky. Since childhood, she had decided to become an actress and used to participate in school plays so that she could overcome her shyness.
She received her primary education at The Mount School for Girls and later went to Woodhouse College. After school, she attended National Youth Theatre in order to pursue her career as an actress and later studied at the prestigious Open University.
Soon after completing her education, she landed her first television appearance as a recurring character Olivia Marsden in the 2016 comedy-drama Cold Feet. The same year, she also starred in Outnumbered in a small role as Kate. In the meantime, she starred in a play as well titled The Reluctant Fundamentalist at Yard Theatre, London.
She then went on to make episode appearances in the television series Silent Witness and Gentleman Jack as Jessica Thomspon and Delia Rawson respectively.
