The actress developed an interest in acting during high school after participating in plays and stage performances. After this, she joined a local theater where she performed in several plays. When she was in Missouri, she attended Missouri Fine Arts Academy to get improved her acting skills. Later, she joined William Jewell College where she majored in Theater and Business.

Following her graduation, she moved to Los Angeles where she took lessons in audition techniques in order to improve her audition skills. Meanwhile, she also joined UCB where she trained in comedy. In 2012, She landed in the TV series documentary “1000 Ways to Die” where she marked her appearance as Lula Mae in an episode named Death, the Final Frontier. She next starred as Eve Griffin in the horror film Camera Phone in the same year.

She is best known for playing the role of Kinsey in Fugitives (2015), Ava in The Morning After (2015), Sam in Daylight’s End (2016), Clare in Altitude (2017), Lisa in Bromance (2017), Lyric in Midnight, Texas (2018), and Lindsay Lindsey in Roswell, New Mexico (2019-2020).
