Her father, Stephen Langford, was a flying doctor and the director of medical services at the Royal Flying Doctor Service Western Operations whereas her mother, Elizabeth Green, was a pediatrician. She has an older sister, Katherine Langford who is also an actress known for her role as Hannah Baker in the Netflix 13 Reasons Why.

Education – She received her academic education at All Saints College where she became graduated in 2014. However, she was a keen interest in acting since her childhood so, after school, she began auditioning for films and TV shows.

Career – Early in her acting career, she starred in many short films titled S*x Ed (2013), When Separating (2013), and Gypsy Blood (2014). She had minor appearances in these short films.
