Early Life – She was born on January 15, 1984, in London Borough of Camden, London, England, to an English mother and a Cypriot father. She has a brother named Jamie Demetriou, who is a comedian, screenwriter, and actor.
She attended the prestigious University of Leeds and later went to the University of Bristol, where she developed a keen interest in sketching and joined a sketch troupe, Comedy Biscuit with her brother.
Career – You’ll Never Have All of Me was her debut show, for which she won the Skinny Debutant Award at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. After this, she also wrote two British shows titled “Anna & Katy” and “The Midnight Beast”.
In 2018, she was seen portraying the fictional on-screen sister to her real-life brother Jamie Demetriou’s Stath in Channel 4 sitcom, Stath Lets Flats. The show was also written by her brother. At the 2020 BAFTA awards, Stath Lets Flats earned three awards including Best Male Actor in a comedy, Best Writer of a Comedy (for Stath Lets Flats), and Best Scripted Comedy.
